Does matching cost anything?
No. Companies pay no platform or matching fee under our current offer. You pay your physician directly for their work.
Can I invite a specific physician?
Yes. You can invite specific candidates within your opportunity’s invitation limit, alongside matching.
Do I need to meet with EZMD?
No. Submit your role online—no sales call or meeting required. After your role is reviewed, matching and automatic updates help you connect with candidates.
Who handles interviews and contracts?
You do. Interview, check credentials, agree on compensation, and contract directly with the physician. EZMD does not guarantee a hire.
